Registration

The Individual Registration System is now closed. Individual registrations for the conference are only possible onsite.

Registration desk at the Sava Centar will open as follows:

Registration Fees

The registration fee for regular delegates and allied professionals includes entry to all official conference sessions, the exhibition and poster areas, the Opening Ceremony as well as coffee breaks and lunches. It also includes the conference bag, containing the official conference material.

Media registration is free of charge once proof of eligibility has been provided. Entry to all official conference sessions, the exhibition and poster areas, the Opening Ceremony, coffee breaks and lunches as well as the conference bag, containing the official conference material, is included in the registration.

All fees can only be submitted in EUROS (€).

* Note: € 130.00 of the registration fee will go to one of the following:
A) Renewal of EACS membership
B) New EACS membership
C) EACS Scholarship Fund

Please indicate upon registration where the special fee of € 130.00 should go to. Note that only medically qualified doctors, scientists and researchers are eligible for membership. Should you not indicate where the special fee should go to, it will automatically be allocated to the EACS Scholarship Fund.

** Note that proof of status has to be provided (e.g. student ID).

Group Registration

Registrations for more than ten persons will be handled separately as a group booking.
Please contact the EACS 2011 Conference Secretariat at info@eacs-conference2011.com.
Should the pre-paid amount not be used in full during the pre-registration process, the remaining amount can be used for on-site registration.

There will be no refund for paid but not used badges. The deadline for the group booking is September 30, 2011.
